These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phalaro ("phalaro," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phalaro.org. Each individual may maintain only one (1) phalaro account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether personally or through a third party, is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify phalaro support immediately.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. phalaro may verify the information you provide at any time against government-issued identification. Use of false or misleading information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phalaro login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phalaro will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify phalaro immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
Prior to processing withdrawal requests, and at phalaro's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting acceptable government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card, along with proof of address. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
phalaro accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other local bank transfer options as may be available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All funds deposited to phalaro must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phalaro reserves the right to return deposits to their source and request re-deposit from a verified personal account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and may change without advance notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the verified account holder. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding bonus-derived funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are generally processed within one to three business days. Processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals may be shorter. phalaro reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
All phalaro account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso. phalaro does not charge internal processing fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if you attempt to transact in a different currency.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by phalaro are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
phalaro reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we reasonably believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics without normal gameplay risk; and coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
phalaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account in good standing will be honoured under the terms existing at the time of crediting.
Each game available on phalaro is governed by specific rules that are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. phalaro does not accept claims arising from failure to read or understand game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of a game, phalaro reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked amounts to players. Exploitation of technical errors to generate winnings constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7 of these Terms. phalaro is not responsible for interrupted gameplay due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
If you believe that a game outcome or transaction was processed incorrectly, you must notify phalaro support in writing within 30 days of the disputed event. phalaro will investigate disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution channel. phalaro's decision, following completion of its internal investigation process, shall be final subject only to applicable regulatory review.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phalaro. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement:

phalaro takes underage gambling seriously. Any player who registers using false age information will be permanently banned and all associated balances forfeited. By registering an account with phalaro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data subject rights at any time by contacting phalaro support. Withdrawal of consent for processing that is necessary for the provision of gaming services will result in account closure.
All content on the phalaro Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, and multimedia content — is the property of phalaro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law, including Philippine copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without phalaro's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phalaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to connectivity failure, loss of data, or third-party system failures.
phalaro's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phalaro's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
phalaro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phalaro has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) required KYC documents have not been provided; or (d) continued operation of the account is necessary to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR requirements.
On lawful account termination for breach, phalaro reserves the right to void bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity, while returning verified real-money deposits where appropriate following a compliance review.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phalaro's support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules.
phalaro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phalaro will provide notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on phalaro.org with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In respect of disputes arising from PAGCOR-regulated activities, the parties acknowledge PAGCOR's authority as the relevant regulatory body and agree to cooperate with any PAGCOR-initiated regulatory review or dispute resolution process.
